Missing an item from your order?
Please check the contents of your parcel when it arrives against your order. If there are any missing items, please get in CONTACT WITH US as soon as possible. (The longer you delay, the harder it is for us to resolve your issue.) Do keep in mind that sometimes your order may arrive in several parcels so check your confirmation email first as your missing products may arrive shortly.
An incorrect item was shipped to you.
We will endeavor to ship you a replacement item. If we don’t have one, then a refund will be given. Please get in contact with us shortly after you notice the issue. The longer the delay, the harder it can be to source a replacement product. All products must be packed in the original packaging including all materials that were shipped with the product.
Please note that all personalized or customized products will not be refunded and cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
Change of mind? No worries.
If you have changed your mind after purchasing the item and decide that you do not require it, we may offer a refund less a restocking fee of 20% on the cost of the item. Postal costs are not refundable. Returned items must be unused and in "as new"; and "saleable" condition with all original packaging and accessories returned. Refunds will only be paid to the credit card/PayPal account that the order was originally generated against. Return postage will be at the buyer’s expense and is advisable to arrange goods to be sent with a tracking number so that the parcel can be easily traced.
Warranty periods as stated on the Fullmark website are based on the manufacturer’s warranty periods, terms and conditions. Terms of conditions differ per product and per manufacturer. All warranty claims should be made through Fullmark unless otherwise stated on the product warranty supplied with the product.
